we had room assigned on arrival to ourselves with acceptable level, a good tv, as example. particularly good and perfect location next to an outdoor retail outlet that has a couple of restaurants, all was nice. the staff that checked us in was very helpful and attentive.

Very very helpful and attentive staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Good hot breakfast with so many options.

The stay here was really nice, loved the hotel, it was clean with comfy location so close to the airport and restaurants and a shopping mall which is very convenient and offers 24hrs tea/coffee. Helpful staff providing good services. We didn't have time, so we also will be back.

Comfortable bed, nice and quiet no noise issues

Nothing about the hotel just the traffic issue getting to it from Logan airport. First time in Boston wasn't aware of the route and used a GPS device that stopped working once you enter the tunnel system somissed turning and got lost also had to pay twice for the toll

THE DESK PERSON WAS NOT AS UNDERSTANDING TO MY NEEDS AS THE MANAGER WHO ASSISTED HER.

Clean room, friendly staff, with easy access to a large strip mall for any forgotten items.

Noisy surroundings made sleeping difficult.

The breakfast at the place was satisfactory and perfect with so many options. Its location was magnificent and easy, in a mall area.

During my previous visit to boston, the hotel was good, but this one exceeded my expectations. It was so close to the south bay shopping area and had an amazing breakfast with fresh pancakes and yogurt.

parking was a bit scarce.

I like the fact that it was close walking distance to numerous shops.

I like a firm bed the bed that I slept in was not firm.

clean room, very good breakfast. i have nothing but praise for the lady in the desk who helped us store our luggages for a few hours & got the shuttle for us to the cruise port. i forgot her name, ( light complexion, slimmer, light brown hair). i'll go back there again bec. of her very good attitude & excellent customer svc.

i was not impressed w/ the lady who checked us in. not so accommodating, compared to the other lady who checked us out.
